This is the privacy statement of VWS Export Import of Flowerbulbs B.V. In this document, we explain how we handle your personal data collected by us. Naturally, this data is collected, processed, and used with the utmost care. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementation Act of the GDPR.

 

This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time. We will always publish the latest version on our website.

The personal data we obtain is processed in order to provide services, send quotations, and ensure the full execution and compliance with agreements made with you. In addition, we collect this data for the distribution of commercial newsletters and newsletters aimed at sharing knowledge.

We only share personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution and compliance with agreements made with you, when you have given explicit consent, or when we are legally obliged to do so.

Our website and app may use tracking tools from third parties, such as cookies from Google Analytics, the Google Play Store, and the Apple App Store. We use these tools to monitor how visitors use our website and/or app. This information helps us to optimize the website and app for our users.

You also have the right to request the deletion of your data. If you believe that we are not handling your data appropriately, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
